Shipping policy

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping to a single address in the contiguous United States on qualifying orders of $50 or more, after promotions and discounts. Taxes do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement. 

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification after your order has shipped.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12 pm ET will likely be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time Estimates: We offer multiple shipping options.
    • Standard Shipping: usually 5-14 days
    • Faster Shipping: usually 3-6 days
    • International Shipping: 2-6 weeks, but varies greatly depending on destination

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the US.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary, but we estimate.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and FedEx for the final delivery of orders at this time. This may be updated at any time as we seek to provide the best delivery experience for our customers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking link should arrive approximately 3-4 days after your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we want to help! If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to you but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier. You can also reach out to us (orders@storywarren.com) in case there is anything we can do to expedite the delivery of your package.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@storywarren.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can determine if we’re able to refund or replace the items damaged.
  • In order to facilitate the accurate delivery of orders, customer email and phone number will be shared with shipping providers.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
