Refund policy
Returns
All orders are fully refundable up to 30 days from delivery of your items. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be able to be returned in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds will be issued as soon as we are able to provide that for you. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve been notified of your refund and it is not posted to your account after several days, please contact us at orders@storywarren.com.
Exchanges
We are glad to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@storywarren.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 2267, Beaver, West Virginia US 25813
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
